Use bracket fungi to create beautiful, earth-toned sheets of paper under the expert guidance of mycologist Dorothy Smullen. This hands-on class will walk you through the papermaking process, and introduce you to the many different mushrooms you can use for a variety of hues.

For online sessions: While participants are not required to blend materials along with the demonstration, the materials list linked below explains what supplies you'll want to have available so you can put what you've learned into action after class.

Instructor:	Dorothy Smullen Dorothy Smullen Dorothy Smullen Dorothy Smullen, is a naturalist and educator at New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Sanctuary. She was the President of the New Jersey Mycological Association and the Northeastern Mycological Federation. She received her MA in Biology, from Brooklyn College. In addition to her time as a high school science educator, she has over 35 years experience as a Nature and Garden Club speaker. She received the North American Mycological Association's 2016 Gary Lincoff Award for Contributions to Amateur Mycology.
