Biography:
Shondra's career in the fitness industry began in 2000. Her experience includes teaching classes, personal training and creating fitness programs for organizations and teams. She takes a holistic approach to the body. Her mission is to help students learn the general rules of the moving body, while pushing their physical limits in a safe and progressive environment. She uses a combination of mindful functional strength, joint mobility and proper stretching in each class she teaches.

Shondra earned an Associates of Applied Science in Exercise Science from Portland Community College. She holds many certifications including: ACSM Personal Trainer, ACE Functional Fitness Specialist, OSU Better Bones and Balance, ADAPT Therapy LEVEL 3 Mobility specialist, 40-Hour Aerial Yoga certified, AEA water aerobics, just to name a few. She currently works at COCC as a fitness instructor for Continuing Education and physical education instructor for the Health and Human Performance (HHP) department. She is the owner of FIT SUP of Bend, offering floating yoga and fitness classes. Shondra also works for TULA Movement Arts Bend as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
