Biography: Meet Victoria Malloy: Yoga has been a passion of mine over the last 15 years, which led me to embark on a yoga teacher program many years ago. Yoga is not only a part of my personal life, but also an integral part of my professional life. I enjoy sharing yoga with others, especially students who might feel intimidated by or unsure about the practice. I love teaching a variety of classes, but have a passion and heart for sharing the gifts of yoga via a chair. Through breath and movement, the practice brings many mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. |

Chair Yoga
Become strong, stable, secure, and balanced through Chair Yoga. This form of yoga is designed for individuals who lack the confidence or mobility to get down on a floor mat for a traditional yoga practice. With the support of a chair, these sessions are designed to synchronize breath and movement with the intention of strengthening your muscles and bones, stretching the body, improving balance, and promoting relaxation.
