Biography: Carla Gentle, MSMOB, CPHS, QRS, is a budget-conscious, creative visionary who turned her vision into reality. In 2010, Carla launched Design Realign, Inc., a business offering services in interior decorating, interior design, interior redesign ('one-day room makeover'), home staging, and color consulting. During COVID lockdowns in 2020 and 2021, she was a nationwide online instructor (through Outschool) to teens and tweens where she taught 90+ learners in a design class entitled, 'How to Design and Decorate a Super Cool Bedroom.' Prior to launching Design Realign, Inc., Carla worked downtown Chicago for 10+ years in corporate America. She earned her MS in Management and Organizational Behavior (MSMOB) from Benedictine University, her BA in Business Administration from Governors State University, as well as certification as a Professional Home Stager from The Decorating & Staging Academy and certification as a Qualified Redesign Specialist from the Midwest Staging Redesign Institute (now called Staging Redesign Group).
