No image available Biography: Jonna Phelps has a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. She received her LCPC in 2001. She is a Certified Care Manager with the National Academy of Care Managers, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Alzheimer's disease and Dementia Care Trainer with the NationalCouncil of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Jonna has focused her attention on treating individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia's. Jonna has extensive knowledge of the aging process and theemotional toll that physical and cognitive changes take on the person and the family. The goal of treatment is validation through re-focusing on individual strengths in order to improve overall quality of life.
