In 2012, she completed her requirements with the State of Illinois in order to become a Certified Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Instructor. She has been in the Food & Beverage Industry for over 35 years and brings years of experience into her training classes. Her classes are full of passion, energy and she enjoys making learning fun!
