Angelicia Mackey
 Biography: Angelicia Mackey is the owner and cake designer of Cake Me Happy LLC who discovered her love for baking and decorating cakes in late 2020. She grew up in Kankakee and attended Kankakee Community College and Olivet. She also took classes at PCC Technical Institute for sonography and works in Oaklawn as a pediatric sonographer. She spent about a year and a half designing cakes for family before opening Cake Me Happy LLC on July 1, 2022. Angelicia has been teaching, baking and decorating ever since. She loves to be doing something that gets her more involved in the community. "I've always loved learning and then sharing with others. Learning together is growing together, and we all have something we can learn," says Angelicia.
