No image available Biography: Jill Schuler is the Assistant State Underwater Archaeologist at the Virginia Department of Historic Resources. As a MA student in the Maritime Studies program at East Carolina University, she has spent the past three years researching the history of Betsy and the Yorktown Shipwreck Archaeological Project.
