Murchison, CLTC, PPACAMelissa Murchison is an experienced management consultant who owns her own firm MDM Consulting Group, a leadership development organization that partners with executives and their teams to create generative conversations and organizational practices that maximize their potential and help to realize desired goals.Melissa leverages her resources and knowledge, to bring her best to every client engagement, whether in strategic planning, management effectiveness, sales training or team and leadership development. Melissa takes great pride in helping both for-profit and not-for-profit organizationslearn, grow, and succeed.Melissa also finds time to give back to her community. In the 15 years that she has lived in Richmond Virginia, she has served on many boards and board committees. Currently Melissa serves on the board of ASK (Association Supporting Children with Cancer), the PTA and as an ambassador for Comfort Zone Camp. Melissa's love for her community combined with her innovative leadership approach helps the non-profits she works with think creatively and design new offerings for their membership base and the communities they serve.Melissa is a graduate from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. As a consummate learner and designer of her future, Melissa is a Strengthsfinder consultant IAC member and is currently completing her Senior Birkman Certification. Melissa is supported in her fulfilling her life's work by a wonderful husband, Randy, and her two boys, Jackson (12) and Chase (7).
