Biography: Kyle Redican, Ph.D., is a faculty member in the Geography department at the University of Florida. With a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. from the department of Geography, Environment, and Spatial Sciences at Michigan State University, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Specializing in Geographic Information Science (GIS), Kyle teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of Florida. Previously (2022 to 2026) he was the Spatial Analysis Lab Director and a faculty member in the Geography, Environment, and Sustainability department at the University of Richmond.
