Biography: Louis B. Cei received his Ph.D. in American History in 1975 from Florida State University. He has been a book reviewer for Richmond newspapers since 1973. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1973 until 1993, retiring as a Lt. Colonel. Dr. Cei worked for the State of Virginia from 1974 until retiring in 2014. |
