Course detail: Writing Narcotic Search Warrants

Writing Narcotic Search Warrants is designed to educate students on the essential
elements needed to write and obtain a search warrant while conducting criminal investigations.

Participants will learn to compose affidavits that articulate a clear, concise
and factual basis for search warrants, focusing on federal and state constitutional
requirements for establishing probable cause.
