Biography: TOM MILLS, Ph.D., spent more than 40 years as a medical school teacher and researcher, but these days, you're more likely to find him behind a camera. He is an award-winning photographer focused on events, people, and the natural beauty of the Lowcountry, always looking to tell a good visual story. Tom teaches photography in Sun City and loves helping others sharpen their eye, find their style, and enjoy the journey.
