Biography: RANDY JAMES is a Professor Emeritus of Agriculture at The Ohio State University, with a PhD in Soil Chemistry. Since relocating to Beaufort 16 years ago, he has collaborated with local farmers and explored the agricultural history of the Lowcountry.
