Biography: RAUL GALVAN, Ph.D., earned a doctorate in Global History and taught Latin American history at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He retired from a long career in television and video production and now lives in Beaufort. Raul previously taught classes about Cuban and Baseball History for OLLI.
