Biography: Dr. RAUL GALVAN taught Latin American History at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for years, while working at Milwaukee PBS as a Production Executive, until he retired and moved to beautiful Beaufort. He was born in Cuba and has led numerous travel groups to the Island.
