Biography: THEODORE (TED) PANAYOTOFF is a retired naval officer and armament research and development engineer for the United States Army. He has been a lighthouse enthusiast, researcher, author, and preservationist for more than 30 years. Ted is a member of several national, regional and state lighthouse organizations. He is involved in the planning and execution of lighthouse preservation projects in four states.
