Biography: JOE RONEY, RPh, has been a board member of the Dataw Historic Foundation since 2011, is a member and docent of the Historic Beaufort Foundation, and serves as a historic tour guide. He was president of the Lowcountry Civil War Round Table from 2012 to 2014.
