Learn to play the fastest-growing game around! You'll learn the rules, how to keep score, and how to play using fun lessons and drills. We'll match you up with a partner of similar ability to practice the various skills and to play a match in a low key fun environment.

Mat-based Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Supervised recreation time to work on your skills, get a great workout, and socialize! PLUS!! Indoor Walking is available at all Open Gym locations. You can utilize the hallways of the first floor and escape the cold to get your steps in! Schedule changes may occur, so always check before dropping a child off at the school.

Pickleball is a combination of ping pong and tennis and is perfect for adults who are young at heart. This is a non-competitive pickleball opportunity. Games are self-officiated. Due to space availability, games will be played using badminton lines. These lines do not meet pickleball court regulations.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX offers a high-intensity workout with both low impact and high impact exercises.

Yoga Vinyasa flow is a mixture of meditation, breath work and energizing movement. Class will begin with gentle movement to warm up the body, then flow into more challenging sequences including standing poses and balances.

Perfect for everybody and every body, ZumbaŽ is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. ZumbaŽ routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
