Courses

Barre classes combine elements of barre, dance, yoga, and Pilates. Exercises are high intensity and low impact. Energizing music will carry you through the burn as you tone the legs and butt as well as strengthen the core. Balance and flexibility training are included in every session. Barre classes are a great way to improve posture and strengthen the stabilizing muscles around the joints.

Mat-based Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX offers a high-intensity workout with both low impact and high impact exercises.
