Pickleball is a combination of ping pong and tennis and is perfect for adults who are young at heart. This is a non-competitive pickleball opportunity. Games are self-officiated. Due to space availability, games will be played using badminton lines. These lines do not meet pickleball court regulations.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX offers a high-intensity workout with both low impact and high impact exercises.

Yoga Vinyasa flow is a mixture of meditation, breath work and energizing movement. Class will begin with gentle movement to warm up the body, then flow into more challenging sequences including standing poses and balances.
