This is a guided tour of the Virginia Museum of History and Culture's exhibition Give Me Liberty. The exhibit will inspire a deep appreciation for the continental and global forces as well as the individual actions by both iconic and ordinary people that brought about a model of democratic government that would change the world.

Cece D'Arville

Biography: Cece D'Arville currently serves as the Education Coordinator at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture, alongside a talented group of educators and docents that provide in-person and virtual student programs, teacher outreach, and community-based programming year-round. Growing up in Virginia sparked an interest in history in her from a young age, and she loves talking about the rich and complex history of her home state with museum visitors. She is passionate about public history and helping people understand how landscapes and public art shape historic narratives.
