Course Detail: OSH-CAJCREOLE - Regional US Cooking - Cajun and Creole Flavors

FIELD TRIP Fun and flavorful dishes using simple techniques, bold flavors, and time, are what make the dishes shine in Cajun and Creole Cuisine. Learn the ways of a deep mahogany roux to create the depth of flavor in a Creole Gumbo and the fire and flare of Bananas Foster, a dessert destined to impress. Red Beans and Rice are hearty and comforting and Maque Choux is a great summer side.Recipes in this class: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Maque Choux, Bananas Foster.
