Course: Walking Through Grief: Helping Yourself and Others Through Difficult Times (OSH-WALKGRIEF)
This two-part seminar offers a warm, intimate space for adults who are navigating grief, or who love someone who is, to learn, reflect, and connect. Whether your grief stems from loss of a loved one, a major life transition, chronic illness, or another significant change, this course meets you where you are. Enrollment is limited to 15 participants to allow for meaningful conversation and genuine community. Come with an open mind and a willingness to share. Part One explores how grief lives in the body: the brain fog, fatigue, restlessness, and physical toll that often go unacknowledged. Through short educational segments, facilitated discussion, and reflective writing prompts, participants will begin to name their own experience and consider what it means to truly show up for someone who is hurting. Part Two turns toward the brain, focusing on resilience, meaning-making, and how we process loss over time. Small group case studies bring the learning to life, and the session closes with a gentle guided meditation and movement practice to help participants leave feeling grounded and cared for.
