Course: GIS Portfolio Course (NC-GIS_PORTFOLIO)

The GIS Portfolio Course is required for the completion of the GIS Professional Certificate.

Students will learn how to build a portfolio for work completed throughout the certificate program and will leave with a deliverable to demonstrate to potential employers the skills learned from coursework. The course will conclude with a portfolio review and demonstration.

Hardware/software requirements: Students will be using ArcGIS Pro, and will need a computer/laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system. Note that ArcGIS Pro is not compatible with Apple/Mac devices. The software is free, and students will download it in class (you do not need to download it prior to the start of the course).
