With the increased demand for craft beer, demand for quality draught beer maintenance among retailers has also increased. Front of House Staff and Management need to be trained to properly to maintain draught beer systems and ensure beer quality in order to capitalize on the growing craft beer industry This certificate workshop is directed towards local businesses looking to advance employee education towards draught quality at their establishments. Must be 21 to participate.
