Course: Craft Beer & Food Pairing Sensory Workshop (BREW220.PAIRING)

Join Adam Duyle, Executive Chef of the Brewers Association, as he leads a hands-on workshop about craft beer and food pairing at Bingo Beer Company. Students will be immersed in a complete sensory experience as they explore the potential interactions between food and beer. The format will include an open and free-flowing discussion as students sample six beers and five food courses to better understand how to develop food and beer combinations. This workshop is designed for a variety of food, beverage and hospitality professionals, including beer brewers and others in the craft brewing and restaurant industries.
