Reimagined from its earlier iteration as the Nonprofit Leadership Institute, this program moves beyond topic-based instruction to emphasize applied leadership development, practical skill-building, structured reflection, and real-world implementation. The Institute is intentionally designed to support professionals who are transitioning from strong individual contributors into effective, confident leaders.

This program is particularly well-suited for emerging and mid-level leaders who can see the next stage of leadership in front of them but have not had formal preparation for the interpersonal, operational, and strategic demands that leadership requires. Rather than focusing exclusively on executive-level leadership, the Institute strengthens the leadership pipeline by equipping professionals who are stepping into, or preparing for, broader responsibility within their organizations.
