Daniel Yorgov
Biography: Daniel Yorgov has a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado, Denver. He currently serves as an Assistant Professorof Applied Statistics at Purdue University Fort Wayne. His research interests are in applied statistics and using supercomputers to solve problems in genetics and medical research. He enjoys teaching mathematics and statistics, high performance computing, and playing with big biological datasets, a.k.a. bioinformatics.
