Yoga Tone is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing movements and music. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session for the perfect balance of sweat and serenity.

Searching for ways to reduce the symptoms of stress, while improving attention and well-being? Mindfulness and meditation can help transform quality-of-life for many people. This course will teach theoretical understanding and practical application of these concepts. Meditation will be taught not just as a technique, but as a way to be in life, resulting in a positive impact on wellness. There are no prerequisites for this class except an open mind.

This class is designed as a follow-up to the introductory Mindfulness and Meditation class. Although people with no meditation experience are welcome, it is ideally suited for those who have an ongoing meditation practice. The class will focus on three qualities that can be cultivated during meditation and daily life: concentration, loving-kindness and equanimity.

This course for women is an introduction to basic self defense skills, avoidance and escape strategies, defensive techniques and simulated attacks.  This course begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, and progresses to hands-on defensive training.  Participants will have the opportunity to use the techniques in dynamic impact training and have the option to participate in "simulated assault" scenarios with the instructors.  The course will address basic fitness principles including strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

A well-rounded workout using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups. This class is designed to define, shape and tone your body.
