Course Detail: HLT108 - Weight Watchers at PFW

This Weight Watchers program is a time for like-minded people to get together and talk about different topics pertaining to developing a healthy lifestyle. The range of topics is varied and the discussions are informative.

The goal of the program is to learn to make changes in your life that you can live with for the rest of your life, and that takes patience and persistence. This is a great support time for each other.

The first session will be a wellness check-in (get weighed) and then we will jump right into conversation.

This program is open to PFW and IUFW employees (and spouses), as well as community members.
