This is a synchronous 8-week online English language course that meets the undergraduate international admissions language requirement at Purdue University Fort Wayne

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for international students who aspire to study at Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW) and obtain a Bachelor's degree. 

By passing this course with a grade of C or higher, students will satisfy the English language proficiency requirement for undergraduate admissions to PFW. 

This 8-week course will guide students through the necessary academic English language to participate and succeed in a U.S. college classroom. The course will assess students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities. In addition, the course will provide students with college success and preparation strategies, which will help them better prepare for their studies at PFW. 


WHO SHOULD REGISTER?
This course is designed for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at a high beginner to intermediate-level of English proficiency (CEFR levels A2 to B1). This course is not for beginners.
  • Must be interested in studying a college or university in the United States

REGISTRATION
The course fee is $100 and is non-refundable. The deadline to register is March 1.
