Course: Savoring the Past: Cookbooks as Cultural Artifacts (OSH-COOKBK)

Food is a universal connection between people of differing cultures, locations, and even time periods. Cookbooks contain recipes but they can also tell us a lot about the people who used the recipes and the time in which they lived. Come explore some historical cookbooks from Boatwright's Rare Book Room and see what you can discover.

Session: OSH126.COOKBK (SOLD OUT! Waitlist available)
