Course: Perfecting Performance: In the Mind's Eye (OSH-MINDSEYE)

Experience the power of imagery as you practice proven techniques used by athletes and musicians to enhance performance. Not just for developing motor skills, imagery can also be useful in regulating stress and anxiety, achieving goals, building confidence, and more. Identify your interest and learn how you can train your brain to take your 'game' to the next level. This class is not for recreational athletes only. Your 'game' can be any physical or cognitive skill that you want to improve.
