Course: Our Brains: Asleep, Awake, and Renewing (OSH-OURBRAINS)

'Sleep is the single most effective thing we can do to reset our brain and body health each day,' according to Dr. Matthew Walker, neuroscientist and author. New research shows that sleep isn't the mind's off switch, but a complex and dynamic process that impacts both our physical and mental health. Our modern lifestyle damages the 24 hour wake/sleep cycle and hinders our brain's ability to maintain and regenerate itself. We'll discuss some important and useful new research findings and share ideas for practical strategies to protect and improve our brain health.
