Course: Zoroastrianism: What is it and why should I care? (OSH-ZORO)

Jewish exiles returned to Judah from Babylonia in 536 BCE, ushering in more than two centuries of Persian cultural and political dominance in the Levant. This influence included their Zoroastrian religion, which not only helped shape second temple Judaism, but also carried over to Christianity and Islam as well. We will examine how echoes of this ancient religion can be found in the religion billions of us practice today.
