Frans Bax
Biography: Frans Bax was born in the Netherlands. He has been a UR Osher member since 2018. His Ph.D specialized in history and national security topics. He is a US military veteran and has lectured at two US war colleges. In his CIA career, he traveled to the locations covered in this course.
