Course: Building Brain-Healthy Habits (OSH-BRNBOD2)

June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. Building Brain-Healthy Habits is an updated education program that focuses on healthier lifestyle changes that anyone can begin putting into their daily lifestyles for better brain health and overall health. The healthy habits that are mentioned in the program are all backed by research studies and we will take a deeper look at the recent US Pointer Study.
