Sauces 1.0 not required! A well-made sauce can be an important building block or finishing touch for a great dish. But, once you can make a sauce, what do you do with it? In this class, students will learn how to create three classic sauces (Hollandaise, Espagnole, Veloute) and then pair or alter them to finish their recipes.
