Course: Flavors of Morocco (OSH-PXMOROCCO)

Learn about the bright and bold flavors of Morocco, including how to sear and braise chicken 'tagine' with preserved lemon, make a bright and (mildly) spicy carrot salad, and prepare herbaceous couscous.
