Biography: A native Richmonder who is an active member of the Richmond Irish American Society. He has many relatives and friends in Northern Ireland and never tires of following the political progress in this dynamic part of the world. Begley has been an avid fan and student of Irish films for many years and is a member of the Osher Institute.
