Course Description: This workbook provides practical insights into the additional responsibilities your student will face in meeting the public's real estate needs as a managing broker. Illinois 15-Hour Managing Broker Interactive Prelicensing is designed to meet the 15-hour interactive requirement. Effective July 1, 2019, education providers must offer the full curriculum as outlined in Section 1450.1105 of the Administrative Rules of Illinois Real Estate License Act to offer CE core classes. This workbook, in conjunction with the Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker Pre-licensing textbook, provides students with the required 45 hours of managing broker pre-licensing education necessary to be eligible to apply for an Illinois real estate managing broker's license.

Students will participate in a variety of interactive activities where they will apply their knowledge to a variety of real-world scenarios designed to provide valuable analysis and decision-making experience.
