Through reflection, discussion, and application, participants will leave with a framework for cultivating systems that center compassion while maintaining accountability and excellence.

Dreaming Forward: Transition Planning is a one-hour workshop designed for parents, educators, and practitioners.  This session will explore strategies for building strong, individualized transition plans that prepare students for post-secondary education and employment. A highlight of the workshop will be a student panel, where emerging adults will share their experiences and perspectives, grounding the conversation in real-world voices. Participants will leave with practical insights and renewed commitment to creating opportunities that honor the potential of every learner.
