Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, you will leave with the confidence to launch your own show and start building an audience. No prior experience is required.

safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment into their work.

Building a Trauma Responsive Organization
Trauma affects students, families, and professionals alike. This two-hour interactive workshop helps leaders
and educators build trauma-responsive organizations by applying key principles at both individual and
organizational levels.

Mental Health First Aid
This eight-hour workshop teaches you to identify, understand, and respond to mental health and substance
use challenges, providing skills to offer initial help and support in a crisis.
