Course Description: Call for Cookies Youth Camp

Up your cookie making game with this Chef-led camp that emphasizes great techniques in the kitchen, in addition to fabulous recipes. The cookies made in this class include Snickerdoodle, Icebox, Lindsor, and your traditional sugar cookie, but with a twist. Learning advanced decorating skills will be the icing on top of this interactive camp. The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the check out process when prompted. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class. Ages 10-15.

Bring 1-2 leftover containers each day to share what you prepared with your family and friends! The purchase of a Chef coat is optional and can be selected at checkout. Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Dani Lindburg

Biography: Born and raised in Central Oregon, Dani Lindburg found she connects with people through her sweet treats. Other than exploring the beautiful outdoors that Oregon has to offer, she also explored the diverse cuisine Bend has to offer. This lead Dani to seek further education into pastry creation through the COCC's baking program. After graduating she hopes to open her own bakery.

Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: ceinfo@cocc.edu. Cancellations received 5 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
