Up your cookie making game with this Chef-led camp that emphasizes great techniques in the kitchen, in addition to fabulous recipes. The cookies made in this class include Snickerdoodle, Icebox, Lindsor, and your traditional sugar cookie, but with a twist. Learning advanced decorating skills will be the icing on top of this interactive camp. Ages 10-15.

Pass the Pie! Savory & Sweet Youth Camp
Pie comes in all shapes and sizes, and can can be savory or sweet. This class teaches the fundamentals of pie dough making and dives into the fun of baking recipes that satisfy a sweet tooth as well as serve as a main course. Think: fresh berry pies, sweet potato pies, as well as quiche in this culinary camp. After mastering sweet and savory pies, you'll be the Chef of the house for dinner and dessert! Ages 10-15.

That Takes the Cake Youth Camp
Calling all cake makers! This culinary youth camps will expand students' knowledge of what can be. There are so many different ways of making them! Three, different types of cakes - and their unique frostings - will be introduced and created in this camp. Students will also collaborate as teams on cupcake making and decorating. Ages 10-15.

The Beauty of Bread Youth Camp
Baguettes! Brioche! Sourdough and more! Students will immerse themselves, hands on, into the beauty of bread baking in this culinary youth camp. Learning about the many components of bread, including gluten and yeast, will allow students to craft the magic of bread. Ages 10-15.
