This 30- hour course is completely online, and most students complete it within 15 weeks. As a result of this training, students will be able to compose a case study (proof argument) using sound genealogical research and proof of genealogical relationships or identities that will meet the standards of the BCG, compose a kinship-determination project consisting of multiple generations that will meet the standards of the BCG, collaborate with peers in critiquing practice assignments, and outline the requirements necessary for a BCG portfolio application.
