Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga in which poses are performed while seated and with the aid of a chair. This yoga is suitable for all levels of abilities; standing is optional. It is an excellent class for beginners, seniors, individuals with recent injuries, balance or coordination issues, limited mobility and disabilities, and those who have difficulty or do not want to get up and down on the floor.

This class is for the experienced beginner who is ready for a gentle challenge. In this class, instructor Louise Hamlin-Laird will begin with a gentle warm-up, transitioning into a flow that syncs our movement with our breath, and ending with a restorative pose to relax and stretch.
