Course Detail: MIN4 - Intermediate Meditation Practices

This class is for the experienced beginner or for those returning from the Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Course. Classes will expand and enhance the basic knowledge of Mindfulness. Guided Meditations of Breath, Body Scans, and Lovingkindness will be deepened in skill and time duration. Focus will be on the 4P's: positivity, prosperity, peace, and focused productivity. Continue the journey of living in the present; while finding peace and joy in everyday moments. Instructor: Jamie B.
