Course Detail: YOG2 - Yoga for Beginners/Intermediate

**For the Fall 2024 semester, the Thursday evening course at Immanuel Methodist Church will be hosted September 19-December 12, with no class on October 3, 31 or November 28. Please notes this change from the catalog.

This class is for the experienced beginner who is ready for a gentle challenge. In this class, instructor Louise Hamlin-Laird will begin with a gentle warm-up, transitioning into a flow that syncs our movement with our breath, and ending with a restorative pose to relax and stretch.
