Course detail: Recruiting and Retention ZOOM Workshop

Course Description: 

Gen Zers are starting their careers and Millennials are taking on leadership positions within our organizations. In a refreshing way, we will explore the numerous positive characteristics they bring to our organizations and how to utilize their unique skill sets. We will study how different generations were raised and how it has molded them into the employees they are today. Building on that information, we take a closer look at researched based studies and innovative ideas on how to recruit, retain, motivate, and grow our future leaders.

Core Competencies: 
  • Managing Self - Participants will harness one's emotions, thoughts, and behaviors effectively in different situations and to achieve goals and aspirations. 
  • Leading People - Participants will lead and engage people to maximize organizational performance. 
  • Leading Organizations - Participants will appraise and adopt the duties and behaviors incumbent upon a law enforcement leader who acts in ways that support the needs of their organization, community, and profession.

Cancellation Policy

A refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations made in writing prior to 10 days before the start of the event. After that time, no refunds will be made.
